Our Company History

Giovanni and Sons was created from a dream of an Italian manufacturer who spent most of his youth, learning all types of professions with his relatives in Italy. Mr. Giovanni Visciglia carried on the legacy of his father, as a metal manufacturer and migrated to Brazil in 1961, where he became a mechanic engineer, participating in important projects and companies of that country. In 1993, with the knowledge acquired in Italy and Brazil, Mr. Visciglia opened his own company in USA.
Giovanni ands Sons is a family based company that can cover many aspects of your project, relying in the know-how of the qualified employees, who became part of this family.
