Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 9 am - 6 pm EST.
We ship all small retail orders via the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We can ship your order regular or, for an extra charge, by priority mail.
Wholesale and large orders are shipped via UPS or carrier. There is an additional fee for COD orders, which must be paid with Certified Funds.
Orders generally arrive 5-10 business days after they were placed, although you have the option to ship them priority mail for faster delivery.
If you are located outside the United States and are interested in purchasing our products, please call us at 305.717.3555 (Miami/USA) or 11-6824-6009 (São Paulo/Brazil) to inquire about this. We handle foreign orders on a country-by-country basis. If you live in a country that poses a problem, we will contact you after your order is made.
